Bio Gas
Turning Waste into Energy: Biogas Solutions
Across the world, organic wastes that are produced in houses, commercial places are discarded along with the dry waste comprising plastics, metals, paper, with things that can be recycled. Organic waste dumped in landfills could release methane, a potent greenhouse gas into the atmosphere. With Anaerobic digestion, the methane released in the decomposition is captured with the reduction in its volume up to 40% and significantly reducing Greenhouse gas emissions.
We believe waste is a resource waiting to be transformed. Our Biogas Solutions convert organic waste into clean, renewable energy, helping communities and businesses reduce their environmental impact while generating sustainable power.
What is Biogas?
Biogas is a renewable energy source produced through the anaerobic digestion of organic waste, such as food scraps, agricultural residues, and animal manure. This process generates:
Methane (CH₄): A clean-burning gas used for cooking, heating, and electricity generation and increasing energy security and saving energy costs.
Digestate: A nutrient-rich byproduct used as an organic fertiliser for agriculture and landscaping by enhancing soil health.
Our Biogas Services
Biogas Plant Design & Installation
We design and install biogas plants tailored to the waste generation capacity and energy needs of Municipalities, Industrial complexes, Agricultural farms, and Residential communities. Our team ensures efficient waste segregation and processing for optimal biogas production.
Waste Collection & Management
With our Municipal waste collection system, we provide efficient collection and segregation of organic waste from households, markets, and businesses to ensure a steady supply of feedstock for biogas production.
Biogas Production
The biogas plants are equipped with advanced anaerobic digesters that maximize the gas output and reduces the storage time significantly. The digester increasing methane production and reducing the release of other gases.
Biogas energy
Since, Biogas is a combination of methane with other gases, using Biogas for power generation and heat generation increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the combustion relative to petrol and diesel. The generated biogas can be used for:
Cooking & Heating: As a sustainable alternative to LPG and natural gas.
Electricity Generation: Powering homes, businesses, and public infrastructure.
Transportation Fuel: Upgraded biogas (biomethane) can be used as a clean fuel for vehicles.
Compressed Biogas (CBG) or Bio-CNG
Biogas produced through Anaerobic digestion consists of a mixture of various gases including methane, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide etc. Compressed Biogas (CBG) is a purified form of biogas produced through the anaerobic digestion of organic waste. It is a sustainable, eco-friendly alternative to conventional fossil fuels and can be used in various applications, such as Transportation and Cooking fuel, Electricity generation and Industrial heating applications.
We are committed to transforming waste into a clean, renewable energy source. Our Compressed Biogas (CBG) solutions utilize organic waste to produce high-quality biogas, reducing waste disposal challenges and contributing to sustainable energy production.
Biogas Scrubbing Technology
Raw biogas converted from organic waste using the anaerobic digestion system is then purified with the state-of-the-art scrubbing system to remove impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, and moisture, resulting in high-quality CBG.
CBG Compression & Storage
By leveraging the latest innovations in anaerobic digestion, gas purification, and compression systems to maximize efficiency and output. The purified biogas is compressed and stored in high-pressure cylinders or pipelines, making it easily transportable and accessible for various end users.
